Artless Sprite borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6th in 2016 and 3rd in 2019.
Artless Sprite is a historic Grayton Beach bungalow, completely renovated from the studs and professionally decorated. This charming, luxurious 1,232sf bungalow has 2 baths and sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. Public beach access at Western Lake less than a 3-minute walk, passing local icon The Red Bar along the way. Experience Old Grayton at its finest!

Lovely house! Thanks for sharing it with our family. The best beach - just walking it with the family was so special. Our recommendations for restaurants are the Red Bar and Stinkys Fish Camp; must see sights are Eden State Gardens and the Grayton Beach State Park.

Thank you for sharing your home - it is one of our favorites! We enjoyed ice cream at night and golf cart adventures, but really our favorite thing was the beach. We recommend the Red Bar, Louis Louis, Scratch Biscuits and Blue Mountain Creamery. Visit Seaside early in the week! The shrimp salad from Modica Market, and the steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers Seafood Market are also recommended.

Thank you! After 20 years, we had to find a spot asap. Grayt 30A recommended Artless Sprite and this was amazing! Your house is lovely! We enjoyed being able to walk around and having shade on both the front and back porches. We set up a fun tiki bar, mixed drinks and laughed for hours! We recommend the Red Bar and Black Beach in Seaside for breakfast!

We loved how welcoming this house was when we walked in. It was so comfortable and nice the whole stay! We loved going on bike rides through the neighborhood, and up to the beach. We also enjoyed going to The Red Bar and having some delicious gumbo. Also, a nice cold outdoor shower was nice after a long day at the beach!

Our stay at Artless Sprite was wonderful. The property is well-appointed, cozy, and lacks nothing. If you want a taste of "old Florida", this is the place for you. Its rustic exterior with a yard full of shade trees is very inviting while its interior design is clean and modern. Our host made sure that everything was suitable and in working order for us. With the Red Bar, the Shops of Grayton, and that gorgeous beach all only steps away, there is nothing better than having Artless Sprite as your home away from home. We plan to return as soon as possible.

This place was amazing!! So many great memories!! The location was perfect, right by Red Bar and the beach! We watched sunrises/sunsets, played cards, ate yummy food, and played pickle ball. We never want to leave!!

We loved this home! It is very well decorated and comfortable, so close to everything. We walked to the Red Bar to enjoy their excellent food and live music. Enjoyed the beautiful beach, playing corn hole, and meeting nearby neighbors. Without a doubt we recommend checking out the Red Bar. The Old Florida Fish House was also a favorite...a short drive well worth it. The Vue on 30A was a wonderful spot for lunch with an amazing view. We will be back to your beautiful home!

Last minute beach trip before school started since it was postponed because of Covid. The most well-appointed, beautifully decorated and thought-out beach home! The built-in bench and seating in the kitchen are perfection. We love your home! Highlights of our trip: When our first college student rolled up after being at his first week of school; eating all our meals and laughing hysterically around the kitchen table; neighborhood walks in the mornings with my bestie; ice cream at Chiringo; walking to the beach - so, so close! We recommend Chiringo and their ice cream, the new Pizza Kitchen, the Red Bar, Hurricane Oyster Bar and Frose' in Seaside. Perfect beach vacay at our new fav beach! Thank you!
