Aspen Beach House is a family friendly 5,176sf home (2,794 interior sf) located in Grayton Beach. With 4 bedrooms/5 full baths, Aspen Beach House will sleep up to 12 guests and offers a 21’ x 9’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 5-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Carport parking for 1 vehicle. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.
Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.

Second Level: Main living room, dining table for 10, bar seating for 5, bistro seating for 2, fully equipped kitchen, 1-bedroom, full bath, laundry room, 10’ ceilings, covered balconies, screened balcony dining for 6.

The Aspen Beach House was the perfect place for us on our 30A vacation! The house was a great size for our party of 6! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the pool was amazing for a quick dip, the decks provided such great outdoor space and the TVs were perfectly placed for us to watch March madness! Even before we arrived, we wanted to extend our trip and Grayt30A made it so easy. The communication was excellent. When we had one issue (burners not working on the grill) the matter was attended to promptly and fixed! The heat was up and running in the pool as requested and was the perfect temp. We had everything we needed and more in the house! It was clean, large and an excellent location. We loved our time in Grayton and will be back!

The space was the perfect size for our 10 people! We came down during tropical storm Bertha so we spent a lot of time at the Aspen beach house. The pool was perfect for all the days we could not go to the beach and the location could not have been more perfect. 6 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to a convenience store! Thank you for all the memories Aspen! We will be back!

We stayed at Grayton House over Spring Break in April and loved every minute of it. With 4 adults and 4 kids we had more than enough room. The pool was a great addition except it wasn't heated when we arrived as promised but that was quickly remedied. The location is great as well since we were so close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. You could walk everywhere but we rented bikes with the credit we received in addition to a golf cart. The house does have a ton of stairs though so that could be difficult for some guests. Highly recommend this house and we hope to come back!

Your beautiful home was a blessing for our family! We celebrated Poppy's 70th Birthday here. The water was the most beautiful we have ever seen.
