Breezeway is a delightful family friendly home located in the private, highly sought-after neighborhood of Gulf Trace in Grayton Beach. With 4,746 square feet of living (2,882 interior), Breezeway accommodates up to 12 guests and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, parking for up to 4 cars, a private pool (not heated), and a 3-minute stroll to the neighborhood beach access. Breezeway also features multiple spacious deck areas including a 4th level crow’s nest with stunning views of the gulf.

Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives guests of the Gulf Trace neighborhood ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy; 2 private neighborhood beach accesses. Please NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are Strictly Prohibited in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.
