Grayton Pines is a newly renovated, family friendly, post-and-pier home in a prime location next to the Grayton Beach State Park with Gulf and Park views. With 2,928 square feet (1,178 interior), Grayton Pines sleeps up to 8 and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, parking for 4 cars, and 2/10th’s mile distance to the beach, via the State Park sandy trail.
A short beach walk will take you to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar and The Zoo Gallery. Total interior and exterior professional renovation and design just completed in February 2023 – everything is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, and has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) infamous Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Grayton Pines – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

The house was great and exactly as advertised. What stood out though in addition, was the host, Grayt 30A. We left some possessions in the unit by accident when we left, including quite a bit of cash. The cleaning team returned it to their office and they shipped it back to us. Every dollar was accounted for. I will book through this host every year, knowing that their units and service can be trusted 100%. Thanks for a great holiday!!

This house was perfect in size and location. A short walk to the best beach, located in the shady part of the town across from the woods. Everything about the house was so comfortable and modern. Delightful home for spending special times with our family enjoying, all that Grayton Beach has to offer. Favorites are early morning beach walks, Grayton Seafood Restaurant, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Oyster City Hooter Brown and naps on the large deck. The Grayt 30A Management Team is also fantastic.

The house is absolutely stunning and had everything we would ever need. We really enjoyed the porch and unique/comfy living room and banquette. We will be back Grayton Pines! To future guests, enjoy walking to Chiringo and Red Bar for lunch (take the beach) and dinner! Go to Crackings for breakfast and enjoy the live music! All close by coffee shops are fabulous, Black Bear is our fav with breakfast. A true gem, have a Grayt time!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in this stunning house! It is everything you could ever want in a 30A getaway. Dear future guests - we hope you enjoy this house as much as we did! Be sure to take advantage of the shuttle to Seaside and try the Mediterranean Greek pizza at Grace Pizza and Shakes.
House was great for 5 adults and 3 kids. Beach access is great with two different walkable access points and two access points that are more for biking if you are taking a lot of stuff. We were able to lock bikes up each day at the different spots and the beach is always the best part in Grayton. We have been coming for years now and really liked this house!
