High Tide is an outstanding home with Gulf views and private heated pool (heating fee applies), located just 200 feet from the private neighborhood beach access. With 4,778sf of indoor and outdoor porch living (2,932 interior sf), High Tide has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and will sleep up to 10 guests. Enjoy being tucked away from 30A in this private Gulf Trace neighborhood, surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park and the Gulf of Mexico; the beaches along this stretch are among the most beautiful and private along 30A. Please NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are Strictly Prohibited in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.
High Tide borders the Grayton Beach State Park, named America’s #1 Beach in 2020 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, aka Dr. Beach! “This beach boasts of its sugar-white sand and emerald green water where development has been restrained so big sand dunes still dominate the landscape. At the same time, all the amenities of great restaurants and accommodations are close by in the old town of Grayton Beach or Seaside," wrote Leatherman. Originally named the country’s top beach in 1994, Grayton Beach State Park has been listed FOUR times since 1991, finishing 6th in 2016 and 3rd in 2019.
Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.

Rescheduled English Wedding Trip...4 long-ago college buddies and their trophy wives looked for another setting for reuniting. High Tide was beyond perfect! We followed our safe Covid practices and laughed in the face of Hurricane Delta. Come hell or (literally) high water, we prevailed and are so blessed for our time together. We travel a lot and have never seen or used a more magnificent kitchen. Lots of cooking in; we had everything we needed. Great barware! The upstairs porch swing with a book and a breeze - nirvana - and all of the bedrooms were so cozy and comfy. Visiting grandkids loved the bunk beds. We recommend Bud & Alley's, Stinky's Fish Camp and Shrimpers Seafood Market for fresh fish!

High Tide was beyond our expectations! We chose Grayton beach because we wanted to get away from the crowds on 30A during the pandemic. High Tide did not disappoint! Not only is it beautifully furnished (pictures don't do it justice), but the private pool and beach made us feel very protected from the crowds. In less than five minutes we were on the beach. We had chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning-so convenient! Afternoons were usually spent at the spacious pool. Again, avoiding crowds, we chose to grill most nights, and got takeout twice. Not having to leave the beach or pool to get ready to go to dinner was a plus-enjoyed a family dinner every night around the big, beautiful dining table. This was the perfect beach trip for our family of six adults and two children! I highly recommend!

Our 34th annual 30A family beach getaway. In all of the homes we have stayed in Gulf Trace, this house fit us the best: location, bedroom configuration, large living area, screened porch, bathrooms, pool, and well-equipped kitchen. Our evening meals (seafood every night!) were enhanced by your fabulous kitchen and dining areas. The beach!
Very nice house with high end finishes and furnishings. The lay-out was perfect for our group of three generations with youngchildren. The pool is a good size and the outdoor shower is very convenient for rinsing after beach trips. Just a short walk to the beach.
