Mimi’s Cottage is an adorable bungalow that is perfect for families, with the perfect Old Seagrove location - just outside Seaside and directly across 30A from the beach! Built in 1953 and still owned by the original family, Mimi’s Cottage holds decades of love and warm memories of multi-generational family beach vacations. Never offered for rentals until now, Mimi’s Cottage has been completely updated, yet continues to retain that nostalgic, old FL beach cottage feel that is becoming more and more rare along 30A these days. With 1,906 square feet, Mimi’s Cottage sleeps up to 12 and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and parking for 4 cars. On-street parking is not allowed, so please plan accordingly.

#1 Bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (4 Twins), TV.
#2 Bedroom has Queen bed (no TV).

We had a great week at the beach. The house was set up nicely with all the basics. Lots of space to spread out and great location for walking to the square or if you are headed to the beach. Outdoor shower is a perfect addition to wash off sand and clean up.

The cottage has a great location...across the street from beach access and about a 10 minute walk to the shops at Seaside. The beds are comfortable, just super soft in case you prefer firm.

My husband and I have been coming down to 30A since our 20s! We are now in our 40s and have 6 children. This is our 6th year doing Thanksgiving in the Seaside/Seagrove area and we loved this cottage's large dining table and the quick access to Seaside by bike and the quick hop over 30A to the beach. The furniture and décor was well appointed and we had everything we needed in the kitchen/laundry (except for maybe a few more dish pods). Thanks so much for opening such a great spot for our family!

We brought our growing family for a fun Spring Break together. It was the first time our 9mo grandson has been to the beach. While we were here, we celebrated a birthday and our SOLs matching for residency ENT. We are so proud of our kids and so thankful for the time we got to spend together this week on the beach! Wow! This was my first visit to 30A. We had a great time! I loved sharing my grandsons first visit to the beach. This location is perfect! We loved walking to the beach, Seaside and the park! My favorite night was viewing the stars from the beach! Mimis Cottage was a family friendly, beautiful place to stay. We cannot wait to come back!

The Jacobs family came from Madison MS to enjoy Spring Break 2025, and that we did! Mimis Cottage was PERFECT for our crew and location was A plus! When weather was really bad on our original return home date, Grayt 30A arranged for us to stay another night in Mimis Cottage...so thankful to them! We love Seaside and Seagrove! The cottage was in a fantastic location and perfect for two families (a party of 9). The walk to the beach was less than a minute, and the walk to breakfast and Seaside Square was only 10 minutes. The cottage was also very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
