Sunday Morning

House was beautiful, location perfect. The house is actually much bigger than the pictures on Vrbo seem. The door locks are a hassle and need to be updated to use modern technology. Rental company was great. They helped us ship some things we needed and even dropped it off at the home for us. Overall 10 out of 10!

The house is wonderful, location is even better. The house is fully stocked with every item you could need, having 4 large king rooms was wonderful for our group. Great vacation, great home and great rental company. Very helpful.

Sunday Morning was a perfect venue for our family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone to do their thing, sleep as late as they wanted, take a nap, etc. Pool is a huge plus as are proximity to the beach and tree cover.

This property surpassed our expectations in many ways, though there were a few minor areas for improvement as well. Every room was spacious and furnished with exceptionally comfortable pieces. As someone who is very particular about bedding, I am happy to report that the mattresses, pillows, and linens were outstanding, and we all slept soundly every night. The primary bathroom only had a few towels for the week, though we made do (more may have been stocked in the other baths).

The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Kitchen storage for our own groceries was limited to one area under the island, as several cabinets were locked.

We loved sitting on the screened patios without worrying about mosquitoes, and the front porch sofa swing was perfect for afternoon naps!

The pool was a massive highlight. The water remained a perfect temperature in late July, even as Tropical Storm Bertha passed through the Gulf and closed the beach for three days. Having a private pool saved our vacation! It gets wonderful shade from surrounding trees, which provides great relief from the summer heat. That shade does come with fallen foliage, especially during heavy rain. A pool brush and a smaller hand skimmer alongside the existing long skimmer would make cleanup much easier, though my husband and I turned skimming into a fun daily game before the kids came out to swim.

The location is ideal with a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach depending on what you are carrying. My only real critique is that I wish the home came with basic beach amenities like chairs, a wagon, or bikes rather than requiring guests to rent everything separately. Setting up beach chairs through Coastal Beach Chair Rental, which is the sole vendor at the Hickory Point access, was a huge hassle when trying to find someone to set up our chairs each day. It was so bad that they issued a refund.

This is our first time to Seaside and it won't be our last! We enjoyed the beautiful home, lovely beach, awesome people and delicious restaurants! We rented bikes and a golf cart and had a great time driving around looking at all the beautiful homes. Many of our kids friends were visiting the area too so they had a great time on the beach and exploring together! What is even better is that our parents live 30 minutes from here and spent a day with us watching the grand kids swim and catching up. We're from Knoxville, TN and we will absolutely share our fun with all of our friends. Thank you for opening your home to us! We made a ton of memories!

Just wanted you all to know that this years family vacation at Sunday Morning for our family was our greatest vacation yet. This was, in part, due to the growing ages of our little ones, but a great deal due to our location, first visit to Florida, our house, proximity to many things, not least of all the two block walk to the beach, and our precious time spent together at such a wonderful and beautiful place. We celebrated a fifth and 40th birthday during our stay. We loved the beautiful pool for the kids- perfect after a day at the beach, the bike rides for everyone, my husband and boys successful fishing morning and the moms and my spa and lunch afternoon. We loved the town area and the food trucks. I hope we left everything as you expected. We tried to keep up with all the activity ongoing. Everyone was very comfortable and the amenities great! I especially loved that the knives for food preparation were very good and very sharp. The wine fridge was great too. I can only think of one thing that might help older, blind ladies like me and that is some magnification in a mirror or two. I brought my own but that would be nice.

We recently stayed at the Sunday Morning house in Old Seagrove. The property was pleasantly decorated in blues and neutrals. The beds were comfortable and master bathrooms were marble tile with oversized tub/shower combination. Everything was very clean and in working order. The property management company, Grayt30A, was very professional. Communication prior to our vacation was excellent and everything was in order before our arrival. They sent reminders about items supplied, bike/chair rentals, pool heater and entry instructions. I have no complaint with the property owner or Grayt30A. Highly recommend.

Sunday Morning was the perfect house to spend a week with family and friends. This was our first time in Seagrove and it was amazing. The home is so homie and comfortable. Every day here truly felt like a Sunday Morning with family. Thank you for your generosity in opening your home to us. Our family has been visiting the Seaside area for many years. We love coming to explore what's new and sharing memories from trips in the past. This summers trip was extra special because we got to share it with the newest baby of the family. It was a blast watching her fall in love with the beach-the way that we all have over the years. We have been coming to Seaside for the last 6 years and it is one of our most favorite spots! We found this beautiful house in 2016 and have been staying here every summer since. We are so thankful for our home away from home. We've made countless memories in this house - from putting a puzzle together on the living room table to playing spades on the big round table to the laughing we shared around the dinner table to watching movies in the living room to swimming in the pool! This was our first trip to 30A and we loved every part of it. The house was perfect! It started as a trip booked to look forward to during quarantine 2020 (booked in the spring) and we counted down the days until our road trip to see the beautiful FL coast. We ended up having family join and it turned into a wonderful family reunion with family dinners at Sunday Morning every night and days spent at the beach. Thank you for opening your home to us - we are already planning our next trip back!

We have been coming to Seaside/Seagrove for 13 years and Sunday Morning is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. The layout is perfect and Hickory Street is one of our favorites with its shade lanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Sunday Morning!

Well, it was a week of Cristobal and months of Corona virus, but didn't deter us from a great week of fun, friends and fellowship. Definitely enjoyed the beautiful location and felt the Sunday Morning vibes the entire time. Lots of leading, good food and cold drinks as well as a bonfire on the beach.
