Flexible Cancellation Policy implemented through October 2020

We recognize the ever-changing conditions in our world today, so we have implemented our Flexible Cancellation Policy for guest stays through October 2020:
· If any local Walton County ordinances are implemented that close our local beaches or ban vacation rentals, we will work with you on shifting your dates into the future or refund your payment in full.
· If there are any governmental restrictions implemented in the locale from which you are traveling such as quarantine order or travel ban, we will be happy to offer a credit toward a future stay. This credit will be valid through 2021.
· For guest stays after October 2020, our normal 90-day cancellation policy will remain in place.
