"We highly recommend this property. The location is amazing - short walking distance to the beach in a wonderful neighborhood. Felt so much more relaxed than Seaside or Watercolor, yet a short drive if you want more action. Grayton Beach shops and town are fun, quirky and accessible for kids and dogs of all ages :) The house is modest but wonderfully comfortable, clean and well stocked with a full kitchen and more than enough clean linens. Pet friendly yet absolutely no evidence of other pets. The pool is good sized. If I had any recommendations it would be that the outdoor furniture near the pool could be updated. There was no way to have shade by the pool and an umbrella table would enhance the experience. The yard is lovely and we would have enjoyed the back with more comfy furniture than a picnic table. Jerri and her staff were hands down the best VRBO people I have ever come across. personable, so helpful, great recommendations and you could just tell was on top of management, staff and cleanliness. You won't regret staying in this property-or I would imagine any of their other rentals!"
