• If any local Walton County ordinances are implemented that close our local beaches or ban vacation rentals, we will work with you on shifting your dates into the future or refund your payment in full.
• If there are any governmental restrictions implemented in the locale from which you are traveling such as quarantine order or travel ban, after verification we will be happy to offer a credit toward a future stay. This credit will be valid through 2021.
• Outside of these conditions, our normal 90-day cancellation policy will remain in effect.
