Grayt 30A Vacations was founded in 2019 and is comprised of seasoned industry experts. Our management and staff are local; having lived, played, and worked here for…well, let’s just say a really long time. Our Grayt 30A Vacations team believes in the value and advantages of keeping it small, keeping it real and keeping it local. We offer you a delightful collection of perfectly located and well-appointed beach homes, along with an experienced hand-picked staff – each professionally certified in Vacation Rental Management by the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) - dedicated to giving each home individualized custom care.
