Property Management Done Right
Although Grayt 30A Vacations Inc. was founded in 2019, we brought more than 50 years of experience in property management with our team. In short order, we built a portfolio of 30+ unique and varied homes from Seagrove to Dune Allen on 30A. We are a Premier Host on VRBO. We have passed rigorous testing to become professionally certified as Vacation Rental Management Professionals within our industry by our international association (VRMA).

Our focus is on quality over quantity, and we are committed to doing excellent work for a select number of homeowners and the guests who enjoy fine homes. Our mission statement of “keeping it small, keeping it real, and keeping it local” resonates the hands-on approach we take in all our homes. Our entire team has detailed knowledge of the unique characteristics of your home, so we may be able to have interactive conversations with guests and owners alike. We know our owners, and we understand their needs. We don’t charge “initial start-up” fees (photography, listings, linen onboarding, etc.). This is a partnership with Grayt 30A, and we do our share without asking you to pay for it.
Optimize Your Property Management
We have a state-of-the-art website and cutting-edge rental management software that allows us to manage all aspects of our relationships – reservations and guests, housekeeping and laundry, property maintenance, owners, and a fully integrated trust accounting system. Owners receive detailed monthly statements and can log into the system to make owner reservations or confirm work orders.
Guests can log into their reservations to make payments, sign rental agreements, and update their guest and contact data. Our “Beach Gear Included” program integrates with a local vendor that allows guests to choose what experiences and amenities they want from bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, kayaks, beach buggies, coolers, and many other popular outdoor activity equipment – all delivered to the property on arrival and retrieved at departure by our vendor partner. We offer coverage for incidental damage to protect the homeowners and the guests from unintended accidents.
