Aerial View is a luxurious, 4,630sf home (3,848 interior sf) located next to Seaside, in Old Seagrove. With 5 bedrooms/4 full baths/4 half baths, Aerial View will sleep up to 14 guests and offers an elevator, 10'x23' private heated pool (heating fee applies), 3 living areas, 3rd Floor views of the Gulf and Seaside rooftops, a 5-minute stroll to the neighborhood beach access and a 90-second walk into Seaside. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO spa/hot tub feature on the pool; this is simply an extension of the pool that can only be heated if you have paid to have the pool heated. Living room fireplace is decorative only (not for guest use).
