Port of CAW is a warm, family friendly Gulf front home located in the gated Sunrise Beach subdivision next to Gulf Place. With 3,168sq of living (2,069 interior), Port of CAW sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, two Gulf front porches, parking for 2 cars ONLY (driveway parking only; no garage access to guests), Wi-Fi, grilling deck, private boardwalk to beach and a short walk to the delightful restaurants, eclectic shops and colorful galleries of local 30A artists in Gulf Place. Daily beach service set-up (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) is included with your rental!
PLEASE NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Fireplaces in living room and master bedroom are decorative only and not for guest use. While golf carts are allowed, they must be parked in the driveway ONLY and counts as one vehicle toward parking maximum.
