With 2,607sq of living (1,890 interior), Serendipity sleeps up to 8 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, multiple porches offering either Gulf or pool views, private fenced, heated pool (heating fee applies, available only March 1st thru May 15th), parking for 3 cars ONLY, Wi-Fi, private neighborhood boardwalk to beach and a short walk to the delightful restaurants, eclectic shops and colorful galleries of local 30A artists in Gulf Place. Daily beach service set-up (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) and 4 adult bikes are included with your rental! PLEASE NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Golf carts are allowed, but must be parked in the driveway of the home only.
